Dove dark chocolate candy bar (1.3 oz)

Dinner -
We had dinner with my folks at a
local german restaurant.
I had a 10oz dark beer, very rare for me.
I also had the veggie plate which consisted of
sauteed mushrooms, steamed brocolli, carrots
and greenbeans and authentic german saurkraut.
I also had a side salad with just sliced white onions,
tomatoes and lite italian dressing

Cape Cod reduced fat potato chips (100 calorie pack)
1 lowfat cheddar cheese snack bar

Second Snack-
1 natural applesauce snack cup

Back Home-

Third Snack-
1 oz VitaSpelt spelt pretzels

Dinner -
Fresh tilipia dusted with 100%
whole wheat flour and fried in
coconut oil
Baked new potatoes basted with EVOO and
sprinkled with rosemary powder and spices
1 leafy green salad with sliced red onions,
1 serving reduced fat real bacon bits,
red wine vinegar and fat free italian dressing

with reduce fat cream cheese

with a little non-diary creamer

South Beach Diet Cheese Pizza
Soy Dream vanilla ice cream bar

1 whole wheat flatbread topped with mozerella

We ate at the American Pie Pizza Company.
It's becoming our favorite place to dine out!
We had 100% whole wheat flatbread topped
with pizza sauce, diced tomatoes, chopped onions,
sliced mushrooms and mozzerella cheese. MMM!
I also had a small garden salad with lots of veggies,
lite italian dressing and a little grated parmesian cheese.
We also shared 10 hot wings.
