2 10 oz cups of coffee with
Sweet-N-Lo packets and a little
creamer.

First snack -
Whole Grain Chex 100 Calorie Snack Pack
-------------------------
Lunch -
Cajun Turkey Sandwhich on 100% whole
wheat bread with spicy brown mustard.
1/2 Claussen Kosher pickle
1 Sugar Free (60 Calorie) Jello Pudding snack cup
-------------------------
Second snack -
Dove dark chocolate 1.3oz bar
1 100 calorie snackpack Sun Chips
--------------------------
Dinner -
Homemade meatloaf served with baby peas
and leafy green salad with sliced red onions
and lite italian dressing.
--------------------------
Final Snack-
1 unsweetened applesauce snack cup
