This is my diet for today -
A day off of work

At a resturant
Breakfast-
2 turkey sausage patties
2 over medium eggs
2 slices of tomato
1.5 slices of whole wheat toast /w butter
2 10 oz cups of coffee with
Sweet-N-Lo packets and a little
creamer.
-------------------------
At Home
First snack -
Cinnamon flavored Sun Chips
(100 calorie snack pack)
-------------------------
Lunch -
All naural peanut butter sandwhich
on 100% whole wheat bread
-------------------------
Second snack -
1 ounce roasted pistachios
--------------------------
Dinner -
1 bowel whole wheat durum spaghetti
with marinara sauce
--------------------------
Final Snack-
Bryer's sugar free ice cream bar
