patties cooked in coconut oil

with a little non-diary creamer

Dove dark chocolate candy bar

Terriyaki Tuna Cup
100% whole wheat crackers

Dinner -
Fajita with grilled seasoned chicken breast
strips topped with sliced onions and orange peppers
on 100% whole wheat flat bread with
2% lowfat shredded cheese mix and organic salsa

Leafy green salad with sliced red onions, celery salt
and a natural wild berry vinagrette dressing

Final Snack -

1 fresh pear sliced and diced coated with ground
cinnamon and microwaved

a little sugar free pancake syrup and
sprinkled with ground vietnamese cinnamon.

1 10oz cup of coffee with Sweet-N-Lo

Off to Work

First Snack -

1 ounce roasted pistachios

Lunch -
1 tuna salad sandwhich on 100% whole wheat bread
1 2% lowfat cottage cheese snack cup
20 oz water

Second Snack-

Cinnamon flavored Sun Chips
(100 calorie snack pack)

Back Home

Dinner -

We ate dinner out at a restaurant called
"American Pie Pizza Company" They have
the most awesome 100% whole wheat
flatbreads topped with chicken and other
good stuff!

Here's what we had -

Salad with veggies sprinkled with parmesian
cheese and an italian dressing.

Memphis Flat Bread -
100% whole wheat flat bread, about a 2 oz
serving, topped with grilled chicken marinated
in a BBQ sauce with red onions, green peppers
and mozzerella cheese baked up nice and crispy!

We also shared 20 hot wings!

Snack -

Grande Latte Fat Free from Starbucks with
sugar-free cinnamon dolce syrup and 1
Hershey's dark choclate with coffee bits square.

Tuna salad on 100% whole wheat bread
2% lowfat cheddar cheese snack bar
20oz of water
-------------------------

Second snack -
1 unsweetened applesauce snack cup
20oz of water
-------------------------

Back Home

Snack -

Tofuti Ice Cream Bar (made from Tofu)
--------------------------


Dinner -

2 turkey hotdogs on whole wheat bread with hot mustard, ketchup and dill relish

1 serving organic french fries fried in coconut oil

1 leafy green salad with sliced red onions, lite italian dressing, red vinegar with garlic juice and celery salt

----------------------------

Final Snack-

4 pieces of celery topped with natural peanut butter, cinnamon and raisins. Mmmmm!
