My diet for today (09-05-07)

 

This is my diet for today -

At Home

Breakfast-
2 slices 100% whole wheat toast with
1/3 less reduced fat cream cheese
2 10 oz cups of coffee withSweet-N-Lo packets

-------------------------

At Work

First snack -
Hershey dark chocolate with coffee bits
Chex whole grain cereal snack mix
(100 calorie snack pack)
-------------------------


Lunch -
Tuna salad on 100% whole wheat bread
2% lowfat cheddar cheese snack bar
20oz of water
-------------------------

Second snack -
1 unsweetened applesauce snack cup
20oz of water
-------------------------

Back Home

Snack -

Tofuti Ice Cream Bar (made from Tofu)
--------------------------


Dinner -

2 turkey hotdogs on whole wheat bread with hot mustard, ketchup and dill relish

1 serving organic french fries fried in coconut oil

1 leafy green salad with sliced red onions, lite italian dressing, red vinegar with garlic juice and celery salt

----------------------------

Final Snack-

4 pieces of celery topped with natural peanut butter, cinnamon and raisins. Mmmmm!

My diet for today (09-04-07)
This is my diet for today -

Off to work
-------------------------
At Home

Breakfast-
2 slices whole wheat toast with
1/3 less fat cream cheese

2 10 oz cups of coffee with
Sweet-N-Lo packets
-------------------------

At Work

First snack -
South Beach Diet brand Woven Wheat crackers
100 calorie snack pack
-------------------------
Lunch -
Tuna salad sandwhich on 100% whole wheat bread
1 2% lowfat milk cottage cheese snack cup
-------------------------
Second snack -
100% whole wheat crackers with 1 serving spicy hummus.

Back Home

Dinner -
Stir Fry with onions, mushrooms, orange peppers, short grain brown rice and steamed brocolli topped with soy sauce.

Final Snack -

2 Newman's Own Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups and 1 snack cup of chunk pineapple in natural juice

This is my diet for toda -

Another day off of work

At Home
Breakfast-
2 100% whole wheat waffles with
a little sugar free pancake syrup and
some ground cinnamon.

2 10 oz cups of coffee with
Sweet-N-Lo packets .
-------------------------
First snack -
Stick of celeray topped with
natural peanut butter
-------------------------
Lunch -
"So Lean" soy burger patty
on 100% whole wheat bread topped
with mustard, ketchup and sliced onions.
1 oz Lay's Light potato chips
1 2% lowfat milk cottage cheese snack cup
-------------------------
Second snack -
1 oz roasted pistachios
--------------------------
Dinner -
Organic french fries fried in
non-hydrogenated coconut oil
Left over meatloaf
--------------------------
Final Snack-
1/2 Claussen Kosher Pickle
Hershey's dark chocolate with coffee bits (1 serving)

Cajun Turkey Sandwhich on 100% whole
wheat bread with spicy brown mustard.
1/2 Claussen Kosher pickle
1 Sugar Free (60 Calorie) Jello Pudding snack cup
-------------------------
Second snack -
Dove dark chocolate 1.3oz bar
1 100 calorie snackpack Sun Chips
--------------------------
Dinner -
Homemade meatloaf served with baby peas
and leafy green salad with sliced red onions
and lite italian dressing.

Final Snack-

creamer.

Cinnamon flavored Sun Chips
(100 calorie snack pack)
-------------------------
Lunch -
All naural peanut butter sandwhich
on 100% whole wheat bread
-------------------------
Second snack -
1 ounce roasted pistachios
--------------------------
Dinner -
1 bowel whole wheat durum spaghetti
with marinara sauce
--------------------------
Final Snack-
Bryer's sugar free ice cream bar
