This is my diet for toda -
Another day off of work

At Home
Breakfast-
2 100% whole wheat waffles with
a little sugar free pancake syrup and
some ground cinnamon.
2 10 oz cups of coffee with
Sweet-N-Lo packets .

First snack -
Stick of celeray topped with
natural peanut butter
-------------------------
Lunch -
"So Lean" soy burger patty
on 100% whole wheat bread topped
with mustard, ketchup and sliced onions.
1 oz Lay's Light potato chips
1 2% lowfat milk cottage cheese snack cup
-------------------------
Second snack -
1 oz roasted pistachios

Dinner -
Organic french fries fried in
