1 Dove dark chocolate morsel
1 10oz cup of coffee with Sweet-N-Lo

Ntural peanut butter sandwhich on
100% whole wheat bread with
1 cinnamon flavored Sun Chips (100 cal pack)

Third Snack-
Dove dark chocolate candy bar (1.3 oz)
Dinner -
We had dinner with my folks at a
local german restaurant.
I had a 10oz dark beer, very rare for me.
I also had the veggie plate which consisted of
sauteed mushrooms, steamed brocolli, carrots
and greenbeans and authentic german saurkraut.
I also had a side salad with just sliced white onions,
tomatoes and lite italian dressing
