Cape Cod reduced fat potato chips (100 calorie pack)
1 lowfat cheddar cheese snack bar

1 natural applesauce snack cup

Third Snack-

Dinner -

1 leafy green salad with sliced red onions,
1 serving reduced fat real bacon bits,
red wine vinegar and fat free italian dressing
