1 BBQ turkey sandwhich on 100% whole
wheat bread with a little canola mayo and
spicy brown mustard
1 oz dried banana chips

Second Snack-
1 serving dried pineapple chips
1 oz Ruffles fat free (olestra) potato chips

Dinner-
2 servings baked french fries
2 turkey hot dogs on 100% whole wheat bread
with sugar free ketchup & brown mustard

Final Snack-
1 small piece of nutural candy called
"Sesame Crunch" made with sesame seeds,
sugar and honey.
