A Day Off With the Wife :)
At Home
Breakfast -
1 South Beach Diet whole wheat
breakfast wrap (eggs/lowfat cheese/bacon)
1 Dove dark chocolate morsel
1 Special-K protein flavor pack
(to add to my water bottle for my work out)

First Snack -
1 serving freeze dried banana chips (Dole)
1 ounce Ruffles Fat Free (olestra) potato chips

Lunch -
My wife and I had lunch at a corner
neighborhood cafe called "Christo's"
I had a Tuna Salad salad (scoop of
tuna salad on top of a BIG leafy green
salad with lots of veggies) and a low-cal
italian dressing. I also had a side of
fresh cooked green beans
----------------------------------------
Second Snack-
1 ounce mixed nuts
1 12oz 1% lowfat latte (sugar free vanilla)
-----------------------------------------
Dinner -
Sliced roasted turkey with long
grain brown rice and a leafy green
salad with celery salt and low-cal
italian dressing
------------------------------------------
Final Snack-
Microwaved Popcorn
