Breakfast -
3 eggs omelet with american cheese
with a side of 3 tomato slices and
100% whole wheat bread with a
little strawberry preserves
2 10oz cups of coffee with Sweet-N-Lo

First Snack -
1 oz Newman's Own spelt pretzels

Lunch -
2 slices 100% whole wheat toast
with 1 serving natural pear butter
1 oz lite potato chips (made with olestra)

Second Snack-
1 Dove dark chocolate morsel

Dinner-
Stir fry veggies in chili infused macadamia nut oil
(portobello mushrooms, white onions, red bell peppers,
white bell peppers, summer squash and zucchini)
1 filet of red pepper & walnut crusted talipia (fish)
panned fried in coconut & macadamia nut oil
Home made tarter sauce

Kozy Shack brand sugar free Apple Pie al a Mode
Natrurally flavored dairy dessert (pudding)
Pretty much YOAD friendly -
70 calorie snack cup
Milk, Water, Food starch, Apples, Inulin,
Natural flavors, Corn starch, Salt, Splenda,
Cinnamon, Malic acid, Carrageenan and Annatto
Not too too bad..and yummy :)
