Gotta work on a Saturday

At Home

Breakfast -

1 serving Chex whole wheat cereal
topped with Splenda and ground cinnamon
1 Dove dark chocolate morsel
1 medium banana
2 10 oz cups of coffee with Sweet-N-Lo

First Snack -
Cinnamon flavored Sun Chips
(100 calorie snack pack)

Lunch -

1 sliced turkey sandwhich on 100%
whole wheat bread with spicy brown mustard
1 lowfat cheddar cheese snack bar

Second Snack-

1 no sugar added applesauce snack cup

Back Home

Third Snack-
Home made corn dog
----------------------------------------

Dinner-
1 turkey hamburger (4 oz) on 100% whole
wheat bread with sugar free ketchup, mustard,
sliced onions, tomatoes and canola mayo
1 leafy green salad with sliced onions and
a low calorie dressing
2 servings LeSueur peas, pearl onions and mushrooms

Final Snack-
1 Luigi's Real Italian Ice (no sugar added)
made with Splenda. MMmmmm
